Student-staff ratios
We are bargaining for improved student-staff ratios, which will give staff more time to provide quality education and support to each student.

Continuity of teaching

Greater job security will improve continuity of teaching across subjects and courses, and mean staff can concentrate on their work rather than on where the next job will come from.

Reduced workloads

Manageable workloads mean that staff will have more time to give to individual students’ needs, and to maintain the professional quality of their work.
